JoEllen has always been passionate about real estate. As a child of a father in the Navy, moving every couple of years had her dreaming of a home of their own. She would save up her money to buy the “home plans” magazines, and pick up the free Real Estate magazines at the grocery store. Now, she gets to help others make home ownership a reality everyday, and it’s a dream come true.

Before entering the real estate world, JoEllen started her career in the hotel industry, followed by opportunities in the banking and finance fields. JoEllen is committed to delivering excellent service to every client.

In her role, she specializes in supporting the agents on The Costello Lamb Team. She oversees every detail of transactions to ensure a smooth, pleasant experience for both agents and clients. From team management to contracts and timelines, JoEllen is essential in all aspects of The Costello Lamb Group.

JoEllen and her husband have been married for over 25 years, and have 3 children, plus 3 students from China who they hosted over the years while attending high school. She also has a big lovie dog named Livie. They’ve lived in the Chestnut Hill/Mt. Airy section of Philadelphia since 2011. Before that, job relocations had them moving every couple of years, they’ve lived in DC, Chicago, Indiana, Ohio, Minnesota & Florida.

JoEllen is passionate about social justice issues. She loves reading, running, going to musicals, and weekend getaways, especially to NYC.
