Give her a half a day looking at houses or even just 30 min on the phone and she will know how you operate and what you are looking for and cut all the rest of the nonsense out. In all seriousness, she helped me and my wife, w/ 3 boys (7,6,3 in age) in tow over 2 days look at 30+ houses in the area after just moving back to the area from Spain. We got it done and most importantly got those kids in school. Also, she's way cooler than you and will tell you all the cool spots.
Also - forgot to mention - When Michala couldn't meet us, Amanda from the team was there, on time every time. Easy going and all the same attributes of Michala. Smart and to the point. Not to mention she was 8.5 months pregnant and still hustling around town to help us.
