Meet Michala

Michala Costello's love for real estate began early, tagging along with her mom to open houses and imagining the life each home could hold. Originally from the rural Midwest, she moved to Chestnut Hill, Philadelphia in the early 2000s. Michala then relocated to Haddonfield, New Jersey, where she now lives with her husband, two kids, and very active dog.

Licensed since 2007, Michala has built her real estate career on a foundation of strategy, trust, and an unwavering commitment to her clients. With a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Master's in Business Administration, she brings a rare combination of people-first intuition and sharp business acumen to every transaction.

Michala is smart, savvy, and adaptable. She's not going to push you into anything but she's going to point out the things you're not thinking about. Give her a half a day looking at houses or even just 30 min on the phone and she will know how you operate and what you are looking for and cut all the rest of the nonsense out. Don't waste your time with some other realtor trying to get a quick sale. Do it right, get the best. She knows the Haddonfield/Cherry Hill area. But you say "ohh but my sister-in law's 3rd cousin once removed is a realtor in the poconos and she's going to save me half a percent in agents fees!!!" Shut up. Don't be a pansy. Do the right thing. Hire Micahala. In all seriousness, she helped me and my wife, w/ 3 boys (7,6,3 in age) in tow over 2 days look at 30+ houses in the area after just moving back to the area from Spain. We got it done and most importantly got those kids in school. Also, she's way cooler than you and will tell you all the cool spots.
